About Us

The Albury and Border Kennel Club has been active in the Albury and Border Community since the 1930's.

 

We are a not-for-profit, 100% volunteer-run kennel club. The club is made up of a group of dedicated people who love their dogs, love training and want to share our knowledge with you and how to be the best advocate you can for your dog.

 

We offer the following services:

 Basic obedience,

 Advanced obedience,

 Agility,

 Competition preparation

 Seminars on various dog training related topics.

 

We hold regular competition weekends in Obedience, Rally, Agility and Confirmation. When we run a competition weekend, we have people come from all over NSW, ACT and VIC to attend our club. We have a great reputation for providing a relaxed weekend with great food. 

 

If you want to see what the fuss is all about, feel free to check out our events page to see when our next competition weekend will be held. Spectators are welcome. We just ask that dogs not entered in the competition, are kept at home.

 

 

If you are looking for a new puppy and want to research your chosen breeds and meet some breeders, a confirmation (Breed) Show is the best place to go to meet breeders who are passionate about their breed and finding the best homes for their dogs. We hold 2 confirmation show weekends a year and host another local club for a 3 day confirmation show. Take advantage and come and meet local breeders.
